As we have consolidated our operations to one store downtown I have kept only the cream of the crop among my staff. Good, intelligent and friendly, all have a passion for food and coffee! In August I'm having the American Barista School send trainers to the cafe to help each and every one of them become better at delivering you a delicious cup of coffee every time!
